A training of high level engineers
The French Mastère (post master degree) is a label attributed since 1985 by the "Conference des Grandes Ecoles" to a one-year specialised vocational course organised by one of them.
Apart from the training session carried out within the framework of the Mastère in Gas Engineering and Management offers the advantage of being doubly recognised because it is also sanctioned by a diploma of specialised training allotted by the secretary of state in charge of Industry ( 31st July 1989 decree).
Created in 1987, the Mastère in Gas Engineering and Management aims to ensure the training of high level engineers. The sectors involved are transport, storage, distribution, Negoce and the uses of gas fuel.
Recruitment
The Mastère in Gas Engineering and Management has an international vocation, to meet the demand for the training of gas technologists.
It also addresses the broad spectrum gas and gas-related industries such as producers, transmission and distribution companies for natural gas and liquefied petroleum gases (LPG); renewable gas production (hydrogen, biogas, syngas), domestic and industrial final use equipment manufacturers, pipe-laying contractors and design offices plus gas consuming industries (metallurgy, building materials, chemistry, paper-paperboard, agro-food, etc.) which wish to reinforce the professionalism of experienced executives.
This training is also addressed to young graduate engineers, who wish to carry out a gas specialisation year.
